Welcome to Metrol Studios! We are pleased to offer you a range of services and amenities designed to meet your creative needs. By booking and using our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Advance Payment:

• A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to secure your booking. This payment must be made at the time of booking and will be applied towards your total rental fee.
• The balance of your rental fee is due till the shoot starts. Failure to complete payment before the shoot may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the advance payment.

2. Studio Timing:

• Our studio is available for booking 24/7. These hours are subject to availability and prior bookings.
• Please arrive promptly for your scheduled booking. Set-up and break-down time must be included within your booked hours. Additional charges may apply for time exceeding the agreed booking period.

3. Damage:

• You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or other amenities caused by you or your guests during your booking. An inspection will be conducted before and after your use of the facilities.
• In the event of damage, you will be charged the cost of repairs or replacement, which must be paid before leaving the studio.

4. Waiting Area:

• A waiting area is available for your convenience and that of your guests. Please ensure that all guests adhere to studio policies, including noise levels and conduct.
• The waiting area must be left clean and tidy after use. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the space.
• Moreover you cannot use other studios to relax.

5. Other Amenities:

• Our studio provides the following amenities like Free Wifi, Coffee and Tea Machine, Makeuproom and Changing Room. These are included in your rental fee, unless otherwise specified.
• Please use all amenities responsibly and with care. Instructions for the use of specialized equipment will be provided, and adherence to these instructions is mandatory.
